2 Post-Doc Positions Design, Fabrication and Characterization of Nanolithography

Two Assistant Scientist Positions: We seek to fill two assistant scientist
positions. A Ph.D degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a
closely related field is required at the time of hire. Applicants who do
not hold Ph.D. at the time of interview are also encouraged to
apply. Applicants must have expertise in one of more
fields: nanolithography tools (including photolithography, mask
patterning, electron and focused-ion beam etc.), SEM/TEM, nano-tribology
and nano-lubrication studies, self-assembled nanostructures, alternative
energy applications, and device physics. The scientists will conduct
research in a highly multidisciplinary research that provides a unique
opportunity to develop novel research ideas. The person will work closely
with chemists, physicists, and engineers on the design, fabrication and
characterization of nanolithography, lubrication, devices for alternative
energy, and tribology applications. Experience in the synthesis of
nanotubes/nanowires, self-assembled nanostructures, thin film growth and
characterization is preferred. Please submit CV and three letters of
